Regional managers were making weekly staffing and inventory calls using exports from twelve disconnected systems, reconciled by hand in spreadsheets. Decisions lagged the data by a week or more, and no two regions trusted the same numbers.

JMA unified point-of-sale, inventory, staffing, and regional sales data into a single pipeline, then built role-based Lumen dashboards for store managers, regional leads, and executives, each surfacing the same underlying truth at the right altitude.
